Limit of the law

• Bloomberg via BLB:

“A Virginia judge helped tee up an argument likely to be fought all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court over President Donald Trump’s efforts to restrict travel to the U.S. from six predominantly Muslim countries. U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga in Alexandria on Friday denied a request to block Trump’s March 6 executive order, saying he’s not going to psychoanalyze the president for his motives in drafting the travel ban. This was a different approach from other judges, who have ruled that Trump’s past comments can be taken into account in determining whether he intended to discriminate against Muslims.”

Our last “check and balance” is the courts. “But if the salt loses its taste, with what shall it be salted?” Both sides are subject to judgement. This is what paralyzes them and frustrates people…because they do not provide security or solutions…only the conditions for future conflict. We are now faced with the limit of the law. But the solution is not anarchy…that is just the opposite of law and order and keeps us in dualistic consciousness. In fact, the solution is in accepting the fact that there is no solution…which is intentionally contradictory…to point us to a consciousness beyond thinking…
